Frequently used as quote sheets or invoices, a customized form will allow you leave your customer with vital information about your company every time they fill one out. Our 1-part forms offer one layer of paper, unlike a multi-part pad, there is no duplicate copy created when writing. They are perfect for simple-note taking situations, quick order recording, or situations where only one copy is needed.
Please choose size: Standard sizes are 4.25x5.5, 5.5x8.5, and 8.5x11.

- 1 Part printed on 60# uncoated stock.
Size:
Please choose a quanity of 25, 50, or 100 sheets per pad in the Padding scroll down field. Pads can also be number sequenced.
Color: Printed one color front no back(1/0), one color front and back(1/1), two color front no back(2/0), or two color front and back(2/2). When indicating a preferred PMS color, please enter color number in the PMS color(s) field box.
- For numeric sequencing. Please indicate yes if needed in the Numbering scroll down field.
1) Choose your Product
Select a product by clicking on the product name. Fill out the product details: project title, quantity, paper, bindery details, etc. and proceed to file upload area to upload your files.

2) Upload files
After you upload the files please click on the Continue button to add the product into the shopping cart. Choose the turnaround time and proceed to checkout.
3) Checkout
Select your payment method and shipping address. Click Continue to review your order. Click on Submit to finish. Your credit card will be charged and we will email you your invoice immediately.
