We offer 4 part forms in loose or pads for ease of use. Pads come in 25 sets per book.
Wrap around booklets are also avail;able. With a cover stapled that will wrap around book- just fold over the cover between sets, so that it only copies over to the second part.

Size: Choose from three standard sizes. Custom sizes available upon request, just give us a call.
Color:
Printed one color front(1/0), one color front and back(1/1), two color front(2/0) or two color front and back(2/2). When indicating a preferred PMS color, please indicate color number in PMS color(s) field.
1) Choose your Product
Select a product by clicking on the product name. Fill out the product details: project title, quantity, paper, bindery details, etc. and proceed to file upload area to upload your files.
2) Upload files
After you upload the files please click on the Continue button to add the product into the shopping cart. Choose the turnaround time and proceed to checkout.
3) Checkout
Select your payment method and shipping address. Click Continue to review your order. Click on Submit to finish. Your credit card will be charged and we will email you your invoice immediately.
